At what age can a child attend the center?
Classes at our center can begin as early as one month of age.
The session includes:

Classes at our center can begin as early as one month of age.
The session includes:
- assessment of the child's development,
- creation of an individualized activity plan,
- teaching parents the art of child handling,
- water acclimatization, submersion, and underwater swimming.
We offer the first consultation on child care as early as birth.
- For children under 1 year of age: a certificate from a pediatrician confirming the absence of contraindications to swimming and physical therapy;
- for children aged 1 year and older: a certificate from a pediatrician confirming the absence of contraindications to swimming and physical therapy, as well as test results (stool analysis for helminth eggs and a scraping for enterobiasis) required for pool access;
- additionally, a medical opinion from a pediatrician, a pediatric neurologist, and a rehabilitation specialist is recommended.
For children aged 0–1:
For children aged 1–3:
- hooded towel,
- special swim diapers (HUGGIES Little Swimmers),
- swim pants (FINIS Swim Diaper – available for purchase from us for €15; worn over swim diapers).
For children aged 1–3:
- hooded towel,
- special swim diapers (HUGGIES Little Swimmers),
- swim pants (FINIS Swim Diaper – available for purchase from us for €15; worn over swim diapers),
- swim shorts or swimsuit, rubber flip-flops.
Our center offers sessions in both the pool and the physiotherapy rooms, including Bobath-method gymnastics and massage.
A personalized program is developed for the child following an initial assessment.

Our center also offers an intensive postpartum recovery program.
